Gently pull **up and back** on the top of your outer ear to straighten the ear canal.

With the stem, slowly insert the tip, gently **twisting** until the flange sits comfortably just inside the ear opening.

Check the Seal:
If fit is loose, remove and try a slightly **deeper insertion**. You should notice a significant drop in surrounding noise.

Test:
Speak a few words. Your own voice should sound **slightly muffled** or deeper. This confirms a good acoustic seal.
2. Cleaning and Care 🧼
Regular cleaning is essential for **hygiene** and maintaining long-term effectiveness.
Daily Wipe:
- After each use, gently wipe the silicone tips with a **dry, clean cloth** or tissue to remove surface debris.
Deep Clean (Weekly):
- Separate the silicone tip from the aluminum casing/stem.
- Wash the tips using a **mild soap** and lukewarm water. *Avoid harsh chemicals.*
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
- **Crucially, ensure the tips are completely dry** (air-dry is best) before reattaching them.
Storage:
