2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or fit may occur.

Noise reduction ratings (SNR up to 35dB) are based on lab testing and may vary depending on ear shape, fit, and environment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

Shipping details are available at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used earplugs cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at info@murmurearplugs.com with your order number and reason for return.

All content on this website (including branding, images, text, and logo) is the property of Suan Earplugs. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
