Returns

We want you to love your Suan Earplugs. If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened, unused items within 100 days of delivery for a refund.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used earplugs.

How to Return

1. Email info@suanearplugs.ie with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
